Great Jobs

Our office is located in Thane West, which is a busy part of Mumbai to be in. We called the business Great Jobs because that’s what we try to find for people who come in. It’s a lot of looking at job boards and making phone calls to different managers. The traffic in Mumbai is always a headache, so we appreciate being close to the station. We see all kinds of people, from young kids looking for their first gig to older folks wanting a change. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a waiting area that’s usually pretty full. We don't make any big promises, we just tell people what’s available and help them apply. Sometimes it works out fast and other times it takes months. That’s just the way the market is right now. We spend a lot of time checking references and making sure people have their documents ready. It gets a bit chaotic when we have a big hiring drive, but mostly it’s just steady work. We’ve been in Thane West for long enough that we know most of the local businesses around here. It’s just about connecting the right person with the right spot and moving on to the next one. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork for a new hire, but we don't mind much.
