We have been running things from Wagle in Thane for quite some time now. Our office is tucked away in 402 A, Balaji Apartment, which most locals know is pretty close to the Aai Mata Mandir. It is a busy spot, and there is always something going on with the machines or the paperwork. We started out just trying to get through the daily tasks and it sort of grew from there. Engineering work can be a bit messy and loud sometimes, but that is just how the job goes. People stop by and they usually find us busy with some project or another. It is not some fancy high-rise glass building, just a regular place where we get the work done. The team here has seen the area change over the years. We remember when some of these roads were much quieter. Now, there is traffic and people moving about all the day long. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs fixing or building next. It is honest work, and we are glad to be part of the neighborhood here. If you are walking past the temple, you are basically right there. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy posters. We just open up in the morning, do the engineering stuff that is on the desk, and go home when it is finished. It is a straightforward way to live and work.
