Global Rasoi Llp

Our shop is number 17 in the Seawoods Garden CHS, which is on Plot No 4/6. This is in Sector 17 of Sanpada. Global Rasoi Llp is basically a small kitchen setup where we do all our cooking. Sanpada is a nice enough area, and being in a residential society like Seawoods Garden means we see the same people every day. It’s a bit of a tight space in Shop No 17, but we make it work. We have all our stoves and counters crammed in there. It gets pretty hot when we are busy. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big corporate team. It’s just us. We start early in the morning to get everything ready. The plot 4/6 is easy to find if you know Sector 17. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know what we do. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of cleaning and prep work that goes on behind the scenes. We just focus on the food and making sure the orders go out on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a burner stops working or we run out of a certain ingredient, but we just figure it out. It’s a very hands-on way to earn a living. We don't have a big sign, just the shop number really. The society is quiet mostly, but the street outside gets busy. We just keep our heads down and cook.
