Ggheewala Human Resource Consultants is located in the Radhanagari Building over in Tarichapada. It is in the Lower Kolshet area of Thane West. Getting here involves navigating some of the smaller streets near Sandoz B Post, which can be a bit confusing for new visitors. The office itself is not very large, but it fits everyone comfortably enough. We have some fans that hum all day and a lot of filing cabinets because there is always so much paperwork to deal with. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear formal suits unless there is a very specific reason. Most of the time, you will hear the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on their mobile phones. Thane is a busy place, and Kolshet has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. Our building is a bit older, so the elevator sometimes makes a strange creaking noise, but it still works fine. We have a small area where we keep a kettle for tea and some biscuits for the afternoon. It is just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and go home to their families. We have been in this part of Maharashtra for a while and we know the local shops where we can get lunch. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here.
