Genesys Engg Solutions Ltd

Our office is over at A 18 Juee Coophsg Society in Sector 7, Shree Nagar. It is part of Wagle Estate in Thane, which is a big hub for all kinds of businesses. Genesys Engg Solutions Ltd has been here for a good amount of time. The building is part of a cooperative housing society, so it has a bit of a residential feel even though we are working. We have our engineering gear and desks spread out across the rooms. It can get pretty noisy when we have several things going at once, but that is just part of the job. We do not have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We focus on the technical details and do not spend much time on fancy presentations or marketing talk. Most of our days are spent checking figures and making sure the plans are right. The local tea shop is where we go when we need a break from the screens. Thane is a busy place, and Wagle Estate is always full of life, which we enjoy. We like the fact that we are not in some isolated office park. Being part of a society means we see our neighbors and keep things friendly. We do not have a grand mission statement. We just come in, do the engineering work that is required, and head home to our families when the sun goes down.
