Garden V Fast Food

We set up Garden V Fast Food a while ago over in Kandivali East. If you know Building 162 near the Opera House, that is where Shop No 1 is. It is not a very big place but it stays busy most of the time. We mostly just focus on getting the food out fast because people are usually in a hurry around here. Sometimes the orders get a bit backed up when the office crowd comes in during the afternoon. I usually handle the counter and we have a couple of guys in the back doing the cooking. It is a simple setup really. We did not want anything fancy, just a spot where you can grab a quick bite and move on with your day. The Sam area gets a lot of foot traffic which helps us out. I spend most of my mornings checking the supplies and making sure the stove is ready to go. The floor is a bit old and we probably need to paint the walls again soon, but for now, it works fine. People seem to know us by now. We do not do much talking, mostly just taking orders and wrapping things up. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The weather usually dictates how many people stop by. If it is raining, they huddle under the small awning while waiting for their food. It is just a normal local shop trying to keep things moving.
