This is Gala Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd, and we are based in the Wellington building at Hiranandani Estate. That’s in Patlipada, Thane. It is a pretty well-known spot in the city. We do precision engineering, which involves a lot of technical detail and careful work. Being in Hiranandani Estate means the surroundings are quite modern, but inside our office, we are just regular people doing our jobs. We handle a lot of the planning and technical drawings from this location. It’s where the thinking happens before the actual making starts. We have a small group of engineers and support staff who keep everything organized. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the files and blueprints laying around, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate look. We just focus on the engineering problems that our clients bring to us. Thane has become a big hub for this kind of work, so we are in a good place for it. Most days involve a lot of meetings or just staring at designs to make sure the math adds up. It can be tiring on the eyes, but it’s satisfying when a design finally clicks. We’ve been in the Patlipada area for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s a good setup for a firm like ours that needs to stay focused on the details and the numbers every day. It is just how we work here and we like it.
