Furance Fabrica (I) Ltd is located over in Kalyan at 12 Priya Apartment on Chinchpada Road. We are in the Katemnaewali part of town, which is a mix of residential buildings and some small industrial workshops. Working out of an apartment building might seem a little unusual for a company like ours, but it actually works out quite well. It keeps us close to the people in the community. The road outside can get very busy with trucks and bikes, especially during the morning rush. Our office inside is fairly simple, filled with the sounds of phones and people talking over project drawings. We do not have a big lobby or anyone in a suit to greet you at the door. Usually, it is just one of us popping out from behind a computer screen. We have been in Kalyan for many years now, and we know all the local suppliers and the best ways to get things moved around. It is a very practical place to spend the day. We spend most of our time coordinating different jobs and making sure the fabrication side of things is on track. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little piled up, but we know our system. We do not like making things sound more complicated than they really are. We just do the work and try not to disturb the neighbors too much.
