Fourth Dimension Hr Services is tucked away in the Nilkanth Valley area of Badlapur. We are specifically in the Maheshwar Building over at Datta Chowk on Belawali Road. It is a bit of a journey for anyone coming from the main part of Thane, but we like it here. The office is on the second floor, room D-206. It’s a pretty standard workspace with a few tables pushed together and cables running across the floor. We do a lot of HR work, which mostly involves a lot of reading and checking details. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things for us. It’s just us doing the best we can with the tools we have. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and wait it out. It’s part of living and working in this part of Maharashtra. We know the local shops nearby and usually get our lunch from the place down the street. The work can be repetitive, sitting and looking at screens for hours, but we have a good group of people here so it’s not too bad. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets covered in sticky notes. It is a very normal, local business and we don't try to pretend to be something we aren't.
