If you find yourself in Milap Nagar in Dombivali, we’re the ones in Room 4 on the first floor of the Shakambhari building. We’re right across from the Abhinav Sahakari Bank, so it’s easy to find if you’re a local. Fest Hospitalities Private Limited is a small operation, and we like it that way. Being in RL 159 means we’re part of a busy little neighborhood where everyone kind of knows everyone else. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, and the building has seen better days, but it’s home for us. We spend our time managing hospitality details, which usually involves a lot of back-and-forth on the phone. Dombivali is a bit of a trek from the main city, but there’s a real community feel here that you don't get in the big Mumbai towers. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. It’s just a room where we get things done. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, especially during the festive season when the bank across the road is busy. We keep our heads down and work through the list. It’s a simple life, and we aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Just some people in an office trying to make sure things are taken care of without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
