Exotic Fabtech

Our shop is over in Saket Complex, specifically building C/6-102 on Kk Marg in Thane West. It’s a busy area and there is always some noise from the street or the other units nearby. Exotic Fabtech is basically where we handle all the metalwork and fabrication stuff that comes our way. The space is filled with tools and materials. It isn't the cleanest place because of the nature of the work, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time out on the floor getting things shaped and joined together. It can get hot in the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running for hours. We keep a log of all the jobs on a chalkboard near the main door. It’s easier than trying to use a fancy computer system for everything we do on the floor. People come by with all sorts of requests. We just look at what needs doing and get started. Thane West has changed a lot, but this complex stays pretty much the same. It’s a hardworking spot. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Just the address and the work we do every day. Usually, there is a lot of clanging and the smell of metal in the air. That is just how it is for us. We just keep the machines going and try to finish the projects as they come in. It’s noisy and dusty, but it’s our daily life here.
