Elm Designs Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Ambarnath East, in the Thane district. We are in the Charisma building, specifically unit C-5, 103, in the Kansai Section. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been here long enough that the commute feels like second nature. The office isn't anything to brag about—just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We do our design work here every day from morning until evening. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we make it work. We aren’t trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. There’s a local tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the computer screens. The Kansai Section can be noisy with all the shops and people moving around, but inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of clicking mice and keyboards. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and some old project photos. It’s a real place where real work happens. We handle the paperwork, do the drawings, and try to keep everything moving without all the corporate fluff. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving during the day. It's a simple, honest way to run our little design shop in Thane.
