Our workplace is at C/10 in Sai-Ashish Society. It’s located on M.P. Road in Dombivli West, right near the Vijay Housing Society. If you’re from around here, you know it’s a mostly residential area. Our office is basically part of the housing complex. It’s got that quiet, local feel to it. We aren't in a big glass building or anything. It’s just a regular room where we’ve set up our equipment and desks. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in a place like Mumbai. The day usually starts with someone opening up the shutters or the main door and letting some air in. We handle various technical and continuous work tasks from here. It involves a lot of concentration and looking at data. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the windows. It’s a nice change from a cold office environment. We have our own little rhythm. We take breaks to get some tea or just walk to the corner of M.P. Road. The society is well-kept, and people know us by now. It’s not a place for big signs or advertisements. We just do our bit and keep things moving. It feels more like being part of a community than just going to a job. We like the simplicity of it all.
