Dynamic Engineering is tucked away at W-119 in the M.I.D.C. Phase II area of Dombivli East. It is an industrial zone, so there are always tempos and big trucks blocking the gates. We have been working from this particular plot for a good many years. The shop floor is where everything happens, and it is definitely not a clean or quiet place to spend a day. There is a constant smell of machine oil and the sound of metal being cut or ground down. We do not have a front desk or anyone wearing a suit. Most of us are covered in grease by ten in the morning. We just focus on the engineering work that is right in front of us. Sometimes it gets frustrating when a measurement is slightly off or a tool snaps, but we just handle it and move on. It is a very practical way to make a living. We keep a simple log of what needs to be done on a clipboard hanging by the main door. The weather here in Dombivli gets very humid, which makes the workshop feel a bit heavy, but we do not complain about it. People around Phase II know us as the guys at W-119. We are not trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to make the parts correctly and make sure the bills get paid.
