Dilli Darbar Dhaba Llp is located right on the road in Gorsai Sawande, which is over in the Bhiwandi area. Our house number is 357/1. If you are driving near the Kashmira Dhaba, you will find us pretty easily. It’s a busy spot, honestly. The whole area of Thane around 421302 is always moving, mostly because of the trucks and the highway traffic. We run the dhaba from here, and it’s a lot of long hours in the heat. It’s not like a fancy restaurant in the middle of a mall. We are more of a roadside place where people stop when they are tired of driving. There is always noise from the vehicles passing by and the smell of cooking in the air. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we know most of the people around here. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what a dhaba is about. It's about having a place to sit and eat something before getting back on the road. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the way things work. Sometimes the rain in Bhiwandi makes things a bit messy, but we just clean up and keep going. It’s a tough business, but we like being part of the highway life. It feels real and grounded, unlike those big corporate food chains you see everywhere else.
