Dcj Hospitality Solutions Private Limited is based out of the Sea Breeze Tower in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We are on the third floor of Tower-4, and our building overlooks Palm Beach Road. It is a nice part of Navi Mumbai, and the air feels a bit fresher than in the city center most days. The office is a decent size, but it is always cluttered with papers, binders, and coffee mugs. We do a lot of hospitality consulting and support work from here for different clients. The day usually starts with a lot of emails to catch up on and some phone calls to various people we work with. We aren't the type of place with a strict dress code or anything formal like that. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and get to work as soon as we arrive. The kitchen is small, so we mostly just use it for making tea or heating up our lunch boxes from home. Sometimes we go for a walk along Palm Beach Road in the evening when the work is finished and the weather is nice. We have a small group of staff who have been here since the start of the business. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere, even when we are stressed about various deadlines. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay as organized as we can. It’s a regular office job in a nice location.
