We are set up over here in Vashi-Turbhe, right in the City Mall. It's on the ground floor, office A-2001, so it’s pretty easy to find if you’re coming from the APMC market side. We’ve been working in the building and construction line for some time now. Dealing with all the paperwork and site visits keeps us on our toes. The office is right opposite ICL School. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic during the school hours and when the market is in full swing. We mostly handle local projects around Navi Mumbai and Thane. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure materials arrive and the guys on site know what the plan is for the day. Sometimes things go smooth, other times it’s a bit of a scramble, but that’s just how this business works. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at drawings. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a practical space where we get the actual work done. If you walk into the mall, you'll see us there. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Being near the market means there's always something going on. It’s a decent spot for a construction office because we are centrally located for most of our sites. We just try to keep things moving along and finish what we started without too much fuss or unnecessary delays. It keeps us quite busy most weeks.
