Cp Grat-Ex Manufacturing Company is located at Survey No.11/4 in Khupri, which is part of the Wada district. We have been here for a good while now. The facility is basically a large shed where we do all our manufacturing work. It is not a fancy place by any means. It gets hot in the summer and the machines make a lot of noise, but that is just the nature of the work we do. Most of the people who work here are locals from around Wada. We show up early and stay until the work is done for the day. There is a small office area for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the shop floor. The roads around Khupri can be a bit rough, especially during the monsoon, so getting supplies in can sometimes be a challenge. We just deal with it as it comes. We do not have a big corporate team or a marketing department. It is just us making things. We have been at this same spot since we started and have not felt the need to move. The focus is always on the machines and the orders we have to fill. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. If you come by, you will likely find us in our work clothes, probably busy with a machine or moving some crates around the yard. It is an honest day of work for everyone here.
