We are Corbus India Pvt Ltd. Our office is in 303 A Balaji Niwas. It’s on Old Bombay Road in the Cherai area of Thane, and 400601 is the pin code. It's a busy street out there. You hear a lot of traffic noise during the day, but you get used to it after a while. Balaji Niwas is an older building, but it works fine for what we need. Inside, there is enough space for everyone to sit and do their daily tasks. Finding parking is always a bit of a headache around here, honestly. Most of us just take the bus or walk if we live close enough. The Cherai area has its own local vibe that we’ve grown to like. We don't have a massive sign outside, just a small one to let people know we're here. Inside, it's just a normal workplace. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive coffee machines. A simple kettle and some biscuits do the trick for us. It gets quite humid in Thane, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We’ve been at this address for some time now. People around the neighborhood know us as the folks in 303 A. It's not a glass building like the ones you see in the city center, but it's where we do our thing.
