Our office is on the third floor of Shreepal Bhavan Wadi in Thane West. If you know the area, it is a busy part of town. Coppergate Consultants has been around this part of Maharashtra for some time now. We aren't a big corporate machine, just a group of people working on recruitment and consulting stuff. The building is older, but it works for what we need. Usually, the mornings are the busiest here with the phones ringing and everyone trying to catch up on emails. We handle a lot of different roles for various companies. It’s just us sitting in the office, making sure the right papers go to the right people. Living and working in Thane has its own rhythm, and we are part of that. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a big lobby or anything flashy. It is just a functional space where we get the job done. Most of the people who come here are just looking for a decent career move. We listen to what they want and try to see if any of our clients are looking for someone like them. It is pretty straightforward. No big speeches or complicated processes, just honest work in a busy city. We’ve been at this address for a while and like being part of the local scene. It is a simple life here.
