We are located at Office No. 10 in Building No.2 of Rosa Classic. It’s right on the Thane Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. If you know that road, you know how the traffic can be. We spend a lot of our time watching the cars go by from the window while we handle our import and export business. Caspian Impex has been operating out of this office for a while now. It’s a decent sized space for what we need. We deal with a lot of paperwork because moving goods around involves plenty of forms and permits. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s always an email that needs an answer right away. Thane is a good place to be based because it connects to everywhere else. We have a small staff and we all know each other’s habits. We usually take a break in the afternoon to grab some tea or a quick snack. It’s a professional environment but we don't act like we’re in a movie. We just do the work, talk to the suppliers, and make sure everything is moving on schedule. Sometimes there are delays at the port or issues with the trucks, and those days are a bit more stressful. But mostly, it’s just a steady flow of work. We’ve made this office our home away from home, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the Ghodbunder Road life by now.
