Call10

Down here in Kalwa, things move pretty fast at Call10. We are basically a small group of people handling calls and trying to keep things organized. It’s noisy in the office most days because someone is always talking to a customer or sorting out a scheduling issue. We’ve been based in Thane for a while and the location works for us since most of our staff lives nearby. It’s a typical setup with headsets and computer screens everywhere. We don’t really do anything flashy. It's mostly about answering questions and making sure the person on the other end of the line gets what they need. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all have to wait around, which is just how it goes. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long shifts. It isn't a huge operation, but we handle a decent amount of volume. Most people who work here have been around for a year or two so we know each other well. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks without too much fuss. Being in Kalwa means we’re right in the middle of everything, which is convenient. We don't use any complicated systems, just the basics to keep the calls moving. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult people on the phone, but that is part of the job. We just try to stay calm and finish the day.
