Burrito Factory India Private Limited

The shop is over at Cine Wonder Shopping Complex on the first floor. If you go up there, we’re at Shop Number 24. This is on G B Road in Thane. It’s a pretty busy area especially on the weekends when people come for the movies. We basically just make burritos all day. It’s a small place and the kitchen takes up most of the room. We don't have any fancy seating or anything like that. Just some stools and a counter. We started this because there weren't many places to get this kind of food nearby. The staff is just a few local guys who live around Thane. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just show up, prep the vegetables, and start cooking when the mall opens. Sometimes the mall air conditioning isn't working right and it gets hot. We just deal with it. It’s not a big operation. We buy our supplies from the local market mostly. People from the offices nearby come in for a quick lunch. It can get a bit loud with the noise from the hallway, but that’s just how it is in a shopping complex. We aren't trying to be the biggest chain or anything. We just want to make sure the food tastes okay and people don't have to wait too long. It’s a simple life running a small shop on G B Road. We've been here for a bit now and know the security guards and the other shop owners. It feels like a little community in this corner of the first floor.
