Our place is in Vasai, out in the Thane district, which is quite a distance if you are coming from the city center. Bridgewater Resorts LLP is located in Kashimira Apartments, right opposite the Vasani petrol pump. It is a very easy landmark to give people because everyone knows where the pump is. Being in apartment 102, it is a straightforward office setup. The area around here is always moving because of the highway. You see the trucks and the buses heading out towards Gujarat or coming into Mumbai. It feels a bit like a gateway. We are focused on resorts, but our daily life is just sitting at the desks and dealing with the logistics. It is not as quiet as you might think for being outside the main city. There is always the sound of horns and engines. We have been in this spot for a while. The building is one of those typical structures you find all over Maharashtra. We do not have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of work to do. We usually head out for tea at the local stall near the petrol pump. It is a practical location for us since we handle things across the region. It is not a polished corporate office, just a place where we get things done every day without any extra drama. We like the local feel of Vasai. It is a bit slower but still busy.
