Bhawani Engineering Works

We are located at No. B-6 in the Surat Singh Industrial Estate. It’s right behind the Agarwal Estate, just off S.V Road in Jogeshwari West. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and our shop is no different. Bhawani Engineering Works is a place filled with the sound of grinding and the smell of cooling oil. It’s a tight space, like most things in Jogeshwari, but we’ve organized it so we can get the work done. We have a lot of heavy equipment squeezed into B-6. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice shirt. We’ve been operating out of this estate for years and have seen many neighbors come and go. S.V Road is always jammed, so getting materials in and out can be a real headache sometimes. We just deal with it as it comes. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to each other during the day. We just get to our spots and start the machines. We handle all kinds of mechanical and engineering jobs that people bring us. Some are small parts, some are big chunks of iron. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk to people right there on the shop floor. It’s a rough and ready way to work, but it suits us just fine.
