You can find us at Dharmendra Chandra Chaudhary’s place in Odwara. We are a small group of farmers who decided it was time to work together. Being in Odwara, we have our own way of doing things. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the crops. Most days are spent worrying about the weather or the price of seeds. We formed this producer company to help each other out with those exact problems. It’s not always easy to get things organized, but we try our best. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure we can sell what we grow for a decent price. We meet up at the house and talk about what needs to be done. Sometimes we have a lot to say, other times we just get to work. It’s a local thing, through and through. Everyone knows Dharmendra. We are just practical people living in the village and trying to make the most of what we have. There’s no hidden agenda or corporate talk here. We just deal with the reality of farming every day.
