Baochee Cuisine Private Limited is based over in Thane at Gaurav Residency. We have Shop-9 in Wing-I of Phase 1. It’s a decent area, right near the Mayors Bungalow. People usually use the bungalow as a landmark when they’re trying to find us. We aren’t some massive company with a huge headquarters. It’s just our shop where we handle everything related to the food business. Being in Maharashtra means we’re always around plenty of other shops and people. The pace here in Thane is quick, but we’ve found our own rhythm. The shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big advertisements. We just focus on the work itself. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or handling the orders that come through. It can get a bit messy during the peak hours, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the local crowd. It’s a practical way to run things. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a local business trying to do a good job every day. Sometimes we run out of things or have a busy day that catches us off guard, but we manage.
