If you look for us in Thane West, you’ll find our office in the Vedant Complex at Vartak Nagar. We use flats 703 and 704 in building C1 for Bala Resorts and Commercial Private Limited. It’s a bit unusual to have an office in a residential complex, but it works for what we need. We’ve got our files and computers set up there. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Vartak Nagar is a busy area, and the noise from the street usually drifts up to us. We’ve got a small crew of people who have been with us for a bit. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of what we do is behind the scenes, managing the commercial side of things and looking after the resort interests. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure all the licenses are up to date. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating our processes. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs for a bit of exercise. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the day. There’s no big corporate philosophy here; we just deal with things as they come and try to stay on top of the workload. It isn't always exciting, but it's what we do.
