Avadoota Entertainment and Hotels Private Limited is based in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. Our office is in Seawoods Garden CHS, Plot 4/6, in Flat C-0203. It’s a regular residential area where we’ve set up our business operations. We handle a mix of entertainment and hotel-related work, which keeps the days pretty interesting. There’s always something new to deal with. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks from our desks. We spend a lot of time planning events and managing the hotel side of things. It can be a lot of pressure sometimes, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We don't use any fancy marketing talk to describe what we do. We just work in the industry and try to do a decent job of it. Sanpada is a convenient spot for us to be located. It’s easy to get to other parts of Mumbai or Thane from here. We started this company because we liked the field. It’s been a lot of learning on the go, as things don't always go according to plan. We keep our office simple and just focus on the lists of things we need to get through. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the long hours by now. We just take it day by day and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes our way.
