Our office is in Shubh Ashirwad Society, specifically B-1, on Tilak Road. We’re located in Dombivli East, right near Karwa Hospital. It’s a very local neighborhood, and everyone around here knows each other. Being in a society building means we’re surrounded by homes, so it feels very different from a standard business park. We do our work in a simple room with the basic necessities. Tilak Road is always busy with people heading to the station or going to the hospital. We hear the rickshaws and the street noise all day long. Our work involves a bit of everything, from handling inquiries to keeping our records straight. It’s not a polished operation with a big reception desk. We just have our chairs, a few tables, and our files. Dombivli has a specific rhythm, and we’re right in the thick of it. We see the same people passing by our window every day. It’s a honest way to make a living. We don’t have any fancy brochures to show off. If someone wants to know what we do, they just come by and ask. We’ve been in this part of Thane for a long time. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but it suits us just fine. We just try to stay organized and get our work done before the evening rush starts at the station. It’s just life in a busy suburb, and we are part of it.
