Aqua Travels

The office for Aqua Travels is over here in Thane West, specifically in the Poorva Co-operative Housing Society. We are in unit D/28. If you know where SES High School is, we are right near there in the Panchpakhadi area. It is a busy part of town especially when school lets out. I usually get here around nine in the morning. The building is an older one but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. My desk is near the window so I can see the kids walking to class and the rickshaws buzzing around the corner. We do all sorts of travel planning here. It is mostly just answering phones and writing down itineraries for families. I have a lot of brochures piled up that I need to organize better. The light in the afternoon gets a bit bright, but it is a nice place to work. Panchpakhadi has a lot of good food stalls nearby, so lunch is never a problem. I’ve been in this office for a few years now. The walls are a bit plain, but I have a few photos of places I’ve visited. It is not a huge corporate space, just a regular office where we get things done. I like the routine of it. Setting up trips for people is a lot of work but it keeps me busy throughout the day.
