Our office is located at 4/8, Mahadevachi Wadi, right on G.D.Ambekar Road in Parel Village. If you know Mumbai 400 012, you know this part of the city is always moving. Adventity Bpo is based here in a building that’s seen a lot of years. Working in a BPO means the clocks don't always matter the way they do in other jobs. Some of us are here late, and some are here early. The lane at Mahadevachi Wadi can be a bit narrow and crowded, but it has its own character. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking on headsets and the hum of the air conditioning. We aren't in a shiny new skyscraper; we are in a real part of the old city. Parel has changed so much with all the malls and big towers, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We have a small canteen area where we drink way too much tea to stay awake during the shifts. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they hold up fine. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do our shifts, and head home through the Mumbai traffic. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We’ve been part of this street for a while now.
