Our office is located right by Nitin Company in Thane West. It’s a well-known spot, so if you tell a rickshaw driver to head toward Nitin Company, they usually know exactly where to go. We work under the Air India name here. It’s not the airport, obviously, but we handle a lot of the back-end stuff and local inquiries that come our way. The office is pretty standard. We’ve got desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual hum of computers. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Thane West has become so crowded lately, and being near a major landmark like Nitin Company means there is always something going on outside our windows. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and schedules. It isn't always exciting, but it’s the kind of work that needs to get done. We have a mix of people here, some who have been with the company for decades and others who are just starting out. We drink a lot of tea from the stall nearby during our breaks. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we can sit down and focus. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People who need us usually find their way here. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us, keeping things moving along as best as we can in this busy part of the city. We're here every day.
