Our place is situated in the Patil Compound, right near the Lalit Weigh Bridge on the Kalyan-Shill Road in Dombivli East. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the trucks going to the weigh bridge. We’ve been operating out of this compound for quite a few years now. We are just a regular engineering shop doing our best to keep up with the work that comes in. It’s not a fancy setup. The roof leaks a bit when it rains hard, and the office is just a corner with a desk and some old files. We do a lot of mechanical repairs and part manufacturing for local businesses. The guys who work here are skilled but they don't talk much; they just get on with the job. We don’t have a website or any big ads. Most people just see our sign from the road or hear about us from other shop owners in Dombivli. We try to be fair with our prices and honest about how long things will take. Sometimes parts are hard to find and things get delayed, but we always tell the truth about it. We spend most of our time surrounded by metal shavings and the smell of oil. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we’re happy to keep things simple and local. If you’re passing the weigh bridge, you’ll see us. It is just how things are here.
