Ace Catering Services (Opc) Privatelimited is based out of the Rumahbali complex in Thane. We’re located in flat number 2902, in the A1/Pelung wing. The building is right on G.B Road in the Bhainderpada area. Being so high up on the 29th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are focused on what’s happening in the kitchen and with our catering orders. G.B Road is a major artery in Thane, so it’s always busy with cars and trucks. We do catering, so our schedule is often all over the place depending on when events are happening. The flat serves as our main office where we plan menus and talk to clients. It’s not your typical commercial kitchen setup right here; it’s more for the administrative side and coordination. We are a small operation, and the Opc status means it’s pretty hands-on. We spend a lot of time on our feet and on the phone. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized, especially when there are multiple events on the same day. We just try to keep things simple and do our jobs without any extra fluff. If you know the Rumahbali building, you know it’s a modern spot, but we keep our side of things very practical. We just want to make sure the food is ready and the service is on time. It’s a busy life in Thane but we enjoy it.
