We run Abhistha Cuisine Llp right out of Ashirwad Bungalow here in Kalyan. It’s a quiet spot near the Jain Mandir on Kopar Cross Road. Honestly, starting a food business in a place like Samarth Society felt like a big step for us. We spend most of our days in the kitchen getting things ready. Sometimes the orders come in fast and other times it’s pretty calm. We've lived in Thane for a long time, so setting up shop in Kalyan made sense to us. It’s a busy area but our little corner stays mostly peaceful. My family helps out when they can. We don't have a massive team or anything fancy. It’s just us doing the work every day. You might miss the gate if you aren't looking closely for A-69. The neighborhood knows us mostly by word of mouth now. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the packing ourselves. It gets hot in the kitchen during the afternoons but we stay busy. There isn't much to say other than we show up every morning and get to work. Most people around here just stop by to see what's cooking. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with the local suppliers takes up a lot of my morning time. Then we just focus on the food until the day ends. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we need. We usually finish up late in the evening.
