We are located inside Paras Compound on S V Road. It's easy to find because we're right near the Maruti showroom in Goregaon West. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Inside the compound, it’s mostly just us working on different engineering jobs. We have some machines and tools that have been with us for a long time. The workshop floor isn't the cleanest, but it's where the work gets done daily. We usually have a few projects going at once, so there are always parts lying around on the benches. Most of us have been working in Goregaon for years. We know the shortcuts to avoid the S V Road jams during the evening rush hour. The space in Paras Compound is a bit tight, especially when we have big deliveries coming in or out. We spend our days troubleshooting mechanical issues or fabricating small metal parts. It’s practical work. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and you'll probably find someone in dusty overalls. It gets pretty humid in the monsoon, and the roof leaks a little in one corner, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. Just a local engineering spot doing what we've always done since we started. We share a lunch tiffin and talk about the local news. It is a simple life here.
