Our business, 1621 Qsr Llp, is tucked away in the Triveni Building No 17. We are in Flat 101 on the first floor. It's part of the Triveni Tulshidham CHS on S.V. Road in Thane. Being right behind Tatvagyan Vidyapith makes it easy to find if you know the area. We deal with quick service food, so things move fast around here. The kitchen area is always humming. It’s a bit cramped sometimes in a flat, but we've organized it the best we can. We started this because we wanted to do something in the food line in our own neighborhood. Thane is a busy place, and there’s always someone looking for a quick bite. We spend a lot of time managing the kitchen and making sure the supplies are fresh. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of washing up and prep work that happens behind the scenes. The floors get slippery and the air gets humid from the cooking. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The building is a typical residential society, so we try to be mindful of the neighbors. It’s just a small group of us working here. Sometimes the orders come in all at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage. It’s an honest way to make a living in 400610. We don't have a big front, just this small kitchen space where we prepare everything.
