Sri Srinivasa Stone Supply is tucked away in the Entrance Lane off Kokat Road in Rangareddy. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we have been here long enough that most people in the local area know exactly where we are. Our business is very straightforward; we supply different types of stones for all kinds of building projects. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of sales people in suits. It is just a large yard where we keep our stock and a small spot where we sit to talk to our customers. The work is physical and can be quite tiring, as we spend most of the day moving heavy stones and loading them onto trucks. We don't have a formal office setup with computers; we mostly just use a simple notebook to keep track of our orders and what's going out. The lane can get a bit narrow, especially when big lorries are coming in to pick up materials, and if it rains, things can get pretty muddy. However, we like the practical nature of what we do. People from all over Rangareddy come to us because they know we are honest about what we have in the yard. We don't bother with any marketing or promotional stuff. We just focus on keeping the yard stocked and helping the people who show up at our gate looking for building materials. It is a quiet life out here and we enjoy the pace of things.
