Rajan Velupula

This is my house and my workspace in Bhagath Sing Nagar. The address is 1-8-75/3/1. It’s not a large place, just a regular house where I handle my business. I started doing this because I needed to stay close to home. Most of my day is spent on the phone or working on the computer in the front room. The walls are painted a light blue and there’s a big ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. I have a small table where I keep my papers and my diary. People in the colony know me, so they often stop by to say hello or ask for help with something. I don't have any big staff or fancy equipment. It is just me and sometimes a helper if there is a lot to carry. The street outside is usually quiet until the kids come home from school. I like the peace here. Sometimes I work late into the night when it’s cooler. I’ve lived in this part of Bhagath Sing Nagar for years, so I know almost everyone on the lane. I don't really do much advertising. People just find me by word of mouth or by seeing the small board near my gate. It’s a honest way to earn a living without having to travel too far. Every day is pretty much the same and I like it that way. It keeps things simple and manageable for me without much fuss.
