Mallamma Miryala

My name is Mallamma Miryala and this is my place in Keshavapuram village. It’s in the Thungathurthy mandal. The house number is 3-40. It’s not a big corporate office, just a small local operation right here in the village. We do a bit of this and that to help the locals. Mostly it’s about providing things the people here need so they don't have to travel all the way to the big town. Life in the village is quiet and we like it that way. We know everyone’s name and whose kids belong to who. My business is run right out of the building where we live. You might see some chickens running around or hear the neighbors talking over the fence. It’s very informal. If you need something, you just come to the door and ask. We don't have set hours like the shops in the city. If we are home, we are open. It’s been this way for years. We handle small supplies and some local trade. It’s a way to keep the community going and make a living at the same time. No big marketing plans here, just honest talk and simple deals. If you find yourself in Keshavapuram, just ask for Mallamma's house. Everyone knows where the 3-40 house is. We don't have a big sign but you will find us easily enough. People here are helpful and will point the way if you get lost on the village roads.
