Surendranagar Agro Developmentassociation

Surendranagar Agro Developmentassociation is based out of Rajcharadi in the Dhrangadhra taluka. We operate out of Patel Ratilal Bhavjibhai’s place. It is more of a community-based setup than a typical office. We are located in a rural area, which makes sense given that we focus on agro development. There is a lot of open land around us and you can hear the birds and the occasional tractor throughout the day. We don't have a big staff. It is mostly just a few of us who care about the local farming scene. We sit around a wooden table and talk about the crops and the weather quite a bit. It is a slow pace of life here compared to the big cities in Gujarat. Our paperwork is kept in a few old cabinets in the corner. Sometimes we have meetings outside under the shade of a tree because it is cooler than being indoors. We don't use a lot of technology, just the basics to keep things moving. People from the village stop by to ask for advice or just to see how things are going. It is a very informal way to run an association, but it works for us. We are just trying to help out where we can and keep the traditions of our area alive while looking forward a bit. Working together like this makes the heavy days feel a bit lighter for everyone involved.
