Bhadwa Agrofed Producer Company Limited

Our little group, Bhadwa Agrofed Producer Company Limited, is tucked away in Kotda, Sangani. Specifically, we operate out of the space provided by Jadeja Raghvendrasinhjibhadwa. It is a local spot that everyone in the village knows, so it is easy for people to drop by. We spend a lot of time sitting on the porch talking about the rains and how the soil is looking this year. It is not like those big city companies with glass walls. Here, you see the mud on the floor and the sacks piled up in the corner. We help each other out with getting what is needed for the farms. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We have been doing this for a while now, just trying to keep the farming community here in Kotda together. It feels more like a family gathering than a business meeting most of the time. We have stacks of paperwork that we try to keep organized, but things get a bit messy when it is busy season. There is always someone coming in with a question about their crops or just to say hello. We don't use any fancy words or have big meetings. We just talk across the fence or at the gate. Being part of Sangani means we know the land and the people well. That is just how we do things here.
