You can find our office at 1/463 in Bank Colony, Surendra Nagar. We are right near Hoti Lal, which is a local landmark everyone knows. It is a residential street and our setup is quite small. We are into hydroponics, which means we grow things in water instead of soil. It takes up a lot of space in the building. We have pipes and tanks everywhere, and the sound of running water is always in the background. It is a bit of a strange sight if you aren't used to it. The office part is just a corner where we keep the laptop and the bills. We are a small team, mostly just family and a couple of neighbors who help out. We are still figuring out the best way to do things. Sometimes the nutrient balance gets off and we lose a whole tray of greens, which is really frustrating. We don't have a big store. We mostly sell to the people in the neighborhood and some small restaurants nearby. It is a very local operation. We do all the work ourselves, from planting the seeds to delivering the final product in our old car. It is not a glamorous business and we aren't getting rich, but we like the challenge of growing things in a new way. It keeps us busy and out of trouble. Sometimes it is stressful, but it's okay.
