YADUNANDAN VENTURES LLP is located on the second floor of Jay Radhey Market. We actually have several shops there, from 2002 to 2005 and then another set from 2015 to 2018. The market is situated right behind V. P. Textiles in the Umarwada area. It’s a huge building and it can be a bit of a walk to get up to the second floor if the lifts are busy with heavy loads. Our shops are mostly used for storing our inventory and handling the daily business. It’s not a fancy showroom by any means. There are usually stacks of goods everywhere and the lighting is just regular tube lights. We spend a lot of time just moving things around and checking our lists. The atmosphere in the market is always very loud and busy, with people rushing around and shouting to each other. We’ve been here for a while and we have a good relationship with the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes we share a tea or help each other out with small things. We don't have a big corporate structure or any of those fancy goals written on the wall. It is just a group of us working hard every day to keep the business going. We focus on the practical side of things and try to get our work finished without any unnecessary drama. It’s a simple, local operation in a very busy market.
