Xtreme Computers & Mobile World

Out on Anand Mahal Road in Whitefield, specifically G/253, is where you’ll find us. The name says Xtreme Computers & Mobile World, but it’s really just a crowded shop full of tech stuff. We started out mostly doing computers, but these days everyone has a mobile in their pocket that needs fixing. We have motherboards and phone screens sitting side by side on the workbenches. Whitefield is always moving, so we get a lot of office workers coming in during their lunch break looking stressed about a broken laptop or a dead phone. The shop smells a bit like solder and old plastic. We don't have those bright, perfectly white lights like the brand stores. It’s more of a lived-in space. Our shelves are packed with cables, some still in boxes and some just tangled up. We spend a lot of time explaining to people why their device isn’t working, without using all that technical jargon. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there with our torches until it comes back. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s a software glitch or a physical break. It’s a busy life here on Anand Mahal Road, and we’re just part of the local scenery, trying to keep everyone’s gadgets running as they should.
