Waaree Energies Limited

Our place is located at Plot No 231/236 in the Surat Special Economic Zone. Most people just call it the SEZ in Sachin. We are quite close to Diamond Park, which is a landmark everyone knows around here. Waaree Energies Limited is where we spend our days. It is a big area, and there is always a lot of activity with trucks moving in and out of the gates. We make solar products. It’s a noisy place sometimes because of the machinery, but you get used to it. The heat in Surat can be intense, especially in the summer months, but the factory floor is where the real action happens. We have a lot of people working here from different parts of the state. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy talk. We just focus on making sure the panels are put together right. The SEZ is a specific kind of environment, very industrial and focused on output. We’ve been operating from this plot for quite some time now. It’s a long walk from one end of the floor to the other. Sometimes we have visitors coming to see how things are made. We show them the lines and the testing areas. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work. Solar energy is a big deal now, and we are just happy to have a spot in the industry. We try to keep the machinery running smooth and the coffee pot full.
