Our office and workspace are out in the Surat Special Economic Zone in Sachin. It’s a big area, lots of warehouses and factories all around us. We occupy the space from 180 to 199. It’s a lot of room, which we need for all the energy equipment we handle at Sonali Energees. Being in an SEZ means there’s a lot of paperwork and security checks, but you get used to the routine after a while. Most of what we do is on the technical side of things. We don't have a fancy front office for visitors because we’re usually back in the work area. The heat in Surat can be quite something during the summer months, especially in these industrial sheds. We keep the coolers running and just get on with it. There’s no marketing team here, just engineers and staff who know their jobs. We spend our days checking specs and moving inventory around. The canteen nearby is where everyone goes for lunch. It’s a very practical environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just make sure the energy products are ready for whenever they need to go out. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours sometimes. We’ve been part of the Sachin industrial scene for a while now. It’s a gritty place, but it’s where the real work happens. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
