Our unit is F-346 inside the Pandol Industrial Estate on Ved Road. This part of Katagram is always buzzing with activity from all the different small businesses around here. We have been working from this shed for quite a while. It’s a simple space with high ceilings and plenty of tools lying around. We spend most of our hours either making things or sorting through materials. The neighbors are all doing similar work, so there is always the sound of machines or trucks in the background. It isn't a place for people who like quiet, but it works for us. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what is needed that week. Sometimes it’s heavy work, and other times it’s just organizing the storage. We don't have a big marketing department; we just rely on people knowing where we are and what we can do. The roads in the estate can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we are used to it by now. We usually have a small group of workers here who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be fancy or look bigger than we are. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them finished without making mistakes. It's a busy life in Katagram, but it's what we know. We close up in the evening and head back home.
