Our office is over in Surat, specifically at Om Heritage High Rise in Dabholi Village. We are on the 7th floor, in Flat 703 of Building B. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise down on the street. Dabholi has changed a lot lately, going from more of a village feel to having these big high-rises everywhere. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens once in a while. Inside, it's just a regular office where we handle all the buildcorp stuff. We have a lot of maps and land records spread out on the main table. It’s not the biggest space, but it’s enough for our small team to get the work done. Surat is a busy city, and the pace here in the office usually matches that. We spend a lot of time on the phone with masonry crews and electrical contractors. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. We don’t put up big posters or try to look like a giant company. We are just local builders who know the soil and the local rules. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We keep some snacks in the drawer for those long afternoons when the paperwork seems like it'll never end. We usually try to wrap things up by early evening.
